It's a lot of fun! My fave two things are a) putting the tabs vertically on the far-right side (which gives me more up-and-down reading space) and b) using the fun little ctrl-E (or command-E on mac) command to bring up the Vivaldi search tool ... if you're like me and you have 95 tabs open, you can type a few keywords from a tab's name and it'll quickly zip to it ...
