That's really cool to hear! It definitely is a lot easier to get around NYC by bike than by car -- the car is often only slightly faster (due to NYC's traffic, a trip might be 33 minutes by car but only 38 minutes by bike), but finding parking can literally require 15-20 minutes of circling around ... so biking is faster.

Doing a tour de france with your son would be blast!
