Yeah, I loved those old layouts -- I've idly thought about writing a little gateway website where you could plug in a Medium URL and it would scrape the content and display things in the old-school style (and you could allow the original author to leave metatags on the photos stipulating how they should be rendered). Call it oldschoolmedium.com or something, lol
