Yeah, the truth is, the spotify account is mostly used by my wife and kids -- I was using that account while on my mac for some reason. Most of my streaming of music happens on my phone, where I use Napster, formerly Rhapsody ... which I prefer partly because they have the highest per-stream payout to artists of any streaming platform.

That said, as a recording musician myself -- I've got albums on all the platforms -- I generally encourage all listeners (including myself) to support artists directly, via Bandcamp etc (my band's also there, bien sur) ... but I deal with wherever the heck my audience is at ...

The music industry, except on a hyperlocal basis, has been an absolute legal/moral/ethical crapshow ever since they first started pressing vinyl 120 years ago lol ...
