Yep, quite right -- this is a subset of a much bigger legal and ethical/moral/artistic issue around LLMs hoovering up all this human expression

There's already one case heading into the courts, re: OpenAI's use of github code for training Copilot ... I will be interested to see how the legal issues emerge with textual and visual expression ...
