Yes! Physically moving around has an effect too -- I've worked from home nearly all my career, so I rely heavily on shifting from place to place (different coffee shops, places in my house, even bars) to trigger new states.

But I'm focusing on different digital spaces partly because I feel this is a less-well-discussed strategy. The idea of "going out somewhere" to change your space is, thankfully, a more familiar concept; people who've disliked remote work during the pandemic sometimes dislike it precisely because they're not getting any change of scene in their physical environment. But I've comparatively rarely seen discussion of mixing up one's digital environment ...
